Application and Lease Signing
E-mail the completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the application, we will e-mail you the lease agreement, which you will digitally sign online through Adobe Echosign.
The lease signing process is facilitated through an online resource called Adobe EchoSign. The application will e-mail each participant a copy of the lease, and ask the participant to provide their electronic signature. All signatures are retrieved on an individual basis and then combined into the final copy, which is sent to all participants. The process is seamless and convenient for everyone involved, as there is no need to download an application or sign-up as a user.
Submitting a Deposit
To place an apartment on “hold”, one person can submit their share of security deposit through ZellePay to email@example.com. Once we receive one person’s deposit, we will take the apartment off of the market and consider it rented for next year. Other interested groups will be informed the apartment has been rented. Please ensure your group is fully “on-board” before submitting a deposit, because if your group decides not to rent the apartment or backs out of signing a lease, the deposit is non-refundable. Following the initial security deposit that was paid via ZellePay, the other members of your group can pay their deposit online through their account portal (they will recieve an e-mail to setup their account after the lease is signed).
